Have a fairly new ABBA canopy (13x13) purchased new in the past 6 months. Box never opened, when opened it was discovered that there was a manufacturer defect in the locking mechanism on one of the legs. ABBA refused to provide replacement part or to replace the item even though it was still well under the warranty period. Stay away from this company, does not stand behind there products. *** update *** ABBA Patio did decide to work with me and honor there warranty and provide replacement

I love the umbrella, this is the third one i've purchased. I originally bought the base and use it again.For the second umbrella. However, for the third umbrella base does not fit, so i'm a little disappointed in that....

It was not quite the quality/durability as the original cover. The zipper was split in the middle but seems to have repaired. Honestly though, I won’t know fully until its spent a season in the elements. Thank you.

This is my second ABBA cantilever umbrella. Loved the first one. I’m disappointed in this one. It seems more flimsy. In the wind it moves around a lot. Doesn’t seem to block the sun as well.

I really appreciate the replacement umbrella at no charge but it is not as robust as my original. I had a 11’ umbrella that was discontinued my original frame was 2-3 times sturdier.

Everything is perfect..., except, there are small tears or slits in the umbrella. about 7 or 8, in a line and it looks like a cut of some sort. I wanted to order the one I had previous; but, it was sold out. It has lasted seven years and has been awesome. I left it up and we had a bad storm and the pole was sheared. This one is only half the price and probably lesser quality as a result. However, the tears or cuts should not be present.

I ordered a cover for my patio umbrella 4/28/23 and have yet to receive it. I have reach out to customers service i got a email from a rep about my order was sent to my old address..which i did correct it at time that I placed the order and also with customers service person i did talk to i have email them about my order but it takes them so long to respond then i recived a email that i have to pay 10 more dollars for them to resend my order Really that not very nice of you Abba Patio..J Harris
