My neighbor has a larger umbrella with the 360 base, and rotating umbrella. I helped her assemble the umbrella and was impressed by its design. Nice product, great directions made for easy assembly. Her unit was missing a retaining nut so I contacted tech support and asked them the specs... I received an answer within a couple hours. Picked up a lock nut and life is good. I ordered my umbrella because of the overall product quality and the excellent technical support I received. Time will tell how the umbrella material holds up to the Florida sun.

Customer service was excellent and very quick with follow ups. Shipping and delivery was amazingly quick. 5 star service!

Yeah we bought it 12 x 20 garage of yours after 11 months the roof disintegrated I talk to somebody named Alex half a dozen times felt like I was getting the runaround and then he finally told me that my garage was out of its one-year warranty and then I was blocked from his email. All he told me was I could feel free to buy a new one and it was clearly still within one year from the date I installed it and bought it from Amazon. I’d love to get a call back from somebody at ABBA because I’m also gonna ride every view to Amazon I would expect to get a free replacement roof for this since it was only 11 months old and there was nothing wrong with it but it disintegrated on its own. 740-572-1817

This is our 2nd patio umbrella purchase from Abba Patio. Our first umbrella is going strong. Easy, prompt service.

I did a lot of research before making my purchase. So happy with my decision. Not only was it cost effective compared to others it’s the perfect umbrella for my backyard. Shipping was extremely quick.

They have blocked us after sending an umbrella that is so bent it does not even work. Tried to bargain with us with a umbrella they do not even have. The worst customer service! Use Amazon or wayfair these folks are not legit hence the sales the advertise. So disappointed!

The patio umbrella i received in turquoise is made of a very thin material. I had a previous umbrella from you in this same exact style in forest green that was of a green color that had a good thick solid fabric that blocked the sun. You didn’t have any of the dark green color left so I had to order the turquoise color. I am disappointed in this turquoise patio umbrella.

If you want an excellent quality patio umbrella with great customer service I would highly recommend an Abba umbrella. I purchased 4 of them in 2021 and they have held up to strong winds and rain. After owning many umbrella throughout the years Abba umbrellas are one of the few who have lasted even 1 season in our area which have strong gusty winds that have snapped most of the umbrellas we’ve owned in the past.
