I have been very pleased with the quality of the umbrellas and umbrella bases that I have purchased from Abba.

This is the second time we have ordered your umbrellas. Our daughter ordered them the first time, and gave them to us when she moved to a high-wind area. Those first umbrellas lasted over 15 years. We think these new umbrellas are even better, and we are enjoying them We love the tilt and the new easy ties. You make a great product.

Great product

Our new Abba Patio Vienna Cantilever Umbrella is made of good quality materials. Our order arrived in about 5 days. The umbrella is fairly easy to operate. It takes a little practice learning how to open, close and put it in the various positions. The build instructions are easy to understand. I suggest having a friend available to help you build your umbrella. My biggest challenge was filling the four base sections with sand (don't use only water, it leaks). The base set comes with a funnel for adding sand. The sand (50 lb. bags) was wet, which made it hard to pour. I dried the sand on my driveway. The dry sand was easier to pour into the base sections. When building, before mounting the Rotator piece, I suggest placing the first weighted base section in place under where you want the foot pedal of the rotator. I didn't and had to remove the entire post and umbrella to put the sand filled base into the cross bars. Then I had to re-attach the entire assembly. Also, build it exactly where you want to use it. Otherwise, it will be difficult to move once you have an approximately 200 lb. base filled with sand. My wife and I are enjoying Our new Abba Patio Cantilever Umbrella is a great addition to our back yard patio set.
