I ordered the heaviest weight for the base of the cantilevered umbrella. Haven't received it, tracking doesn't show if it has even left the warehouse, only that the label has been printed.

The tilt mechanism on my 11' umbrella broke after 10-12 uses. Great customer service!? NOT! After I was on hold for 34 minutes, a recording came on and said the call had timed out and hung up on me. I then emailed customer service and Alex's solution was to place a pipe clamp on the pole. I thought he was joking! When I told them this was unacceptable, they said it was Amazon's problem and then ghosted me. The umbrella is practically new. They do not back up their products.

Bought the 8x10ft offset cantilever umbrella. Love the size and so far seems to be holding up to the winds in Michigan. Definitely need the custom made weights to keep it steady and in place

I received an email reply from Abbapatio letting me know that instead of returning the item at a $50 cost to me, that they would instead give me 50% off the item. I still don't like the item, but I'll accept that and leave it as a place holder until I find One I really like. That said, still be careful because this seemed like their only option for dealing with the issue. Original Review below: Zoom in close on photos and read their fine print carefully before ordering anything from Alba patio. As soon as I opened the box I noticed the print on this patio umbrella made it look cheap, tacky and it was pixelated. I contacted them to return it and they wanted to charge me $50 to return/exchange a $100 umbrella. Terrible business policy and I will never order anything from Abba Patio again, nor would I recommend anybody else order anything from them. I guess this is why Amazon is crushing bad businesses like this.

Umbrella was delivered when expected, quality seems good, only time will tell. Be aware the tilt button is high up, I cannot reach it and I am 5'5''.

Item still has not shipped a week later. A label was generated, but FedEx never received the item.

First umbrella broke in half during a very mild breeze and the item was only two years old. Very disappointing. Ordered second umbrella directly from Abba Patio. Order took almost a week to process and then shipping took another week and missed the estimated delivery dates three days in a row.
