Got my 9ft. umbrella in good time, but right now still very cold to set it up. I open the box took a quick look at it look good. Didn't take it out of box but now I know it's the right color. Thanks Glen

I've been shopping Abba for a few years. Love their products but now can say how great their customer service is. One of the umbrellas I bought had the pull up string break. I tried to fix it but too hard. I asked for a replacement as it wasn't that old and sure enough a new one was sent completely amazed and will continue to refer people as I am a deck designer sales person so it's a great fit!

Actually love our umbrella! It replaced our old one that was also an AbbaPatio so that tells you how satisfied we are with it. They’re easy to assemble and hold up very well over the years and through the weather. The only reason I couldn’t throw that fifth star on there was for a cosmetic change that I really wish you hadn’t made. Our old AbbaPatio umbrella had a small cover that came down and covered the 4 bolts in the base and the new one does not have that. So I’ll have to come up with a way to hide those. Still love it though!

Also for the update design you mentioned, the reinforced end screw design can not only help to keep the canopy more sturdy and secure but also will help rain to quickly drain from the umbrella.
