I am replacing the same umbrella I bought a few years ago. BUT it has not been delivered yet, 2 weeks after expected delivery date. Fed Ex does not have enough employees to do customer service, so I don't know what's happening.

I replied to this already. The whole frame if much more light weight then my last umbrella frame. That’s disappointing as I et wasn’t mentioned by the Rep in my order . Very light weight . Thank you, JCR

My Mom purchased a market umbrella that broke in a wind storm. You said too bad 3 weeks out of warranty. Do not waste your money or time. This company sucks!!!’

This time I wasn’t missing any parts. While the first umbrella works there were two thing missing. This one has everything. They are heavy duty umbrellas. Make sure you don’t buy cheap models!
