The service is good - with little interruptions

We could not be happier with the new 8x8 system. The support team is fantastic and any problems (rare), that arise are dealt with swiftly and with a full explanation of what was done. the system itself does exactly what we need and we are still finding new ways of using it to suit our needs. The API facility will come in handy to make it work with our O365 system and we are also looking into using CRM, that by the way, 8x8 supports as well, so all can be intergrated full ywith 8x8.

I have had a great experience since moving to 8x8. The customer service that they offer is amazing and the resolution time is supurb.

8 x 8 have been a very good and trusted partner for many years now. We have a dedicated escalation and tech lead so any issues are dealt with in a very timely manner. 8 x 8 are also very much focused with tomorrow - looking to deliver new and emerging technologies as soon as they are stable and viable. We look forward to continuing what is a very productive relationship long into the future.
