Be careful of rising prices, even if you have a contract amount or term. I just discovered they have been slowly raising the payment amount for the last 24 months, in direct violation of our 48 month contract. When I asked for them to refund the over-payment, they said "It's the customers responsibility to notify us if the price is going above the contracted amount".
