I am currently having difficulties with your Chrome extension for HubSpot integration. I have log in credentials for the 8x8 app and to the Admin Console, but they do not pass to the log in for HubSpot extension. I am confused.

I have been having problems with the phones on the floor (CSR's) going down. I have had my IT company (ICS) work with you folks, but you still have not provided a solution for us.

You cannot block a caller from IVR/AA; you cannot text in-house users cell phones; long delay for recent calls to show up in Analytics; need more options in IVR/AA like After Hours and another lunch instead of only open, closed, lunch; Alternate menu has to be done manually; direct numbers should also work as fax numbers like Ring Central; Front Desk needs more options; User Call Log does not show calls in App from Ring Group when another user answers it, but does show them on a Desk Phone; Caller ID with Ring Group Name drops of when Parking and Transferring a call; cannot get Built-in Call Controls for headset to work anymore after updates to App...there is always an issue after an update, loss of features, etc.

Through no fault of 8x8 it took an inordinate amount of time to find a solution and many different communications, both by email and verbal. I know that a customer like me who has to deal with the ISP (in this case Astound) and with 8x8, so there's different approaches. Anyhow, Astound came yesterday and installed a new modem/router and now the system seems to be working fine. Also, my communication with your tech people yesterday quickly resolved my call forwarding rules. Again, not the fault of 8x8, but the timing of getting a solution is the reason for the 3 stars and not 5. Art Berard

It’s absurd that a company offering phone service makes it so difficult to reach a live person, forcing us to rely on the chat feature to get help.

8X8 has good connectivity and call completions, but changes to receiving text messages and difficulties with customer service color my opinion of the service as a whole. I still remain with 8X8 because I don't know whether other providers would be any better in what is essentially a commodity market.

8x8 is great when you sign up for their service. I had no issues with the service until I tried to close the account due to closing my business and retiring. I've contacted them 3 times and was told the "cancelation" team would reach out to me. No contact.
