The phone service is okay. Call quality can be an issue. Also, this company makes it extremely difficult to cancel. They avoid your calls and refuse to provide you any means of canceling. I have had claims that they will call me back to assist with cancelation, only to find that they refuse to call.

Brilliant idea and much cheaper than landline but unfortunately our internet is not stable enough to use VoIP phone

Great service from Sian who sorted a nasty problem with great professionalism and rang back several times to ensure the job was done. Managed to get a system set up quickly with minimum fuss.
