Excellent advisors at 8 x 8. What I really like is that the advisors are very knowledgeable and ensure the customer is truly satisfied and gets the result they want. It's easy to track your enquiry and it's not instantly closed rather they wait until the issue is fully resolved.

I have found 8x8 to be a flexible, scalable and easy to use platform. Users can be deployed in minutes and you can be up and running with a fully fledged cloud based telephone system. No need to worry about the traditional issue the sip trunks capacity etc to fit company size. The ability to handoff a call from a desk phone to the mobile app makes mobility so seamless and the end caller is none the wiser as you move about..

Account Manager is not as intuitive as I would like but overall the desktop app is easy to use and perfect for audio typing and quickly answering calls without having to remove audio headset and pick up phone handset.

Very impressed with the support side of the service, we don't have a massive account but still our account issue was resolved very quickly which is good that even small accounts are treated the same.
