Great product, set up quickly and never any issues with the main phones. The only issue I have is that my mobile won't ring when I am not in the office so I miss a lot of calls when out.

I use 8x8 as part of my employment. I had contacted the team for help with an issue with my desk phone at home. Kieran (from the technical team I believe) was polite, personable and patient. Thanks to Kieran, I would definitely recommend.

We have to use 8x8 for work and its dreadful. Regardless of the amount of times you delete and reinstall the App it doesnt seem to get better. The calls themselves are great but if you are needing to transfer to a colleague? The issues we have had - the phone rings but you cant answer it so it just rings and rings; you answer the phone but the call vanishes so you have nothing to transfer so you have to ask the caller to hang up; you successfully pass the call of a colleague but you cant withdraw so you are stuck listening to their conversation. Its just dreadful.

The very best cloud telephony provider on the market. The voice, video and chat functions have been essential to integrating our online and shops together whilst also linking the production teams internally. A seamless system! (We are an SME)

We have used 8x8 for many many years until recently been pleased but they changed their support policy and now it is about as bad as it gets. Had a problem we could not fix, the only way to get ahold of support is via the web (chat bot). If the chatbot could not fix it then you can schedule a call back, which I did. No call at the scheduled time, I emailed them they scheduled another call - no call at that time - emailed again they set up another time - no call at that time - finally I canceled their service and went with another provider.

8x8 is incredibly unscrupulous. We Signed up for a trial but decided not to proceed after a few weeks. We provided notice to cancel but they continued to bill us and followed up by trying to hit us with an early termination fee.

I find 8x8 an extremely reliable service, call quality has been very good and the support is excellent. It may not be as cheap as some other providers but you get most features built into the price. Buy cheap and you get cheap, buy 8x8 and you get quality.
