Great service provider with outstanding customer services

Bad UX; once set up, fine. Whatever. Never got use from it, so tried to cancel. FAQ was useless, of course. Wait times were obnoxious. Accounts are automatically renewed, so follow this. They'll charge you about 85% of the service cost for the rest of the year if you cancel. Work that around in your head. If you plan on marrying them, then maybe it's your best bet. Otherwise, absolutely do not do business with them.

Great platform and has really helped grow my business ,but the worst customer service I have ever received. I am constantly ignored and my requests are never dealt with in a satisfactory way / time frame.

Contacted the company and spoke with Steve Kemp. The discussion was positive and I was assured that I would be contacted by the technical team to set things up. I left a link to make sure that calls could be arranged but heard nothing for 7 days. I called back and was assured that the relevant person was in the office and that I would have a return call. That also never happened. I have tried again today but only getting voicemails. I know glitches can happen and cannot be helped, but the lack of communication is a choice and not the best one either.

BEWARE. THIS IS A SPAM COMPANY. DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS FOR THE FREE TRIAL. THEIR APPLICATION DOESN'T WORK AND YOU CAN'T CANCEL THEIR SERVICE. THEY CONFIRMED MANY TIMES THAT MY ACCOUNT IS CANCELED. BUT THEY ARE KEEP CHARGING ME. NOW I NEED TO GO FOR DISPUTE THROUGH BANK

Extremely Pathetic Company. I signed up for 8x8.vc and Since before my trial ended, I kept emailing them asking them to cancel my account as "Downgrade to free" Button does nothing. Noone replied and they charged me, Then again I kept sending emails for a whole month and yet Noone replied. Then after 1 month they replied and kept on saying things as if they didnt even bother reading my emails or sending saved replies. Its been 3 months now, THEY HAVE CHARGED ME 2 TIMES, NO REFUND, NO HELP IN CANCELLATION EVEN THO I KEPT EMAILING AGAIN AND AGAIN. AND TODAY AGAIN THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME! NOTE: IF YOU THINK A COMPETITOR IS WRITING A REVIEW, YOU'RE WRONG! THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND IVE GOT PROOF WHICH ILL DEFINITELY MAKE VIRAL ON MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL.

There is always something that does not work. And if you want to cancel you pay for the whole year

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I never once used the service but I still cannot cancel it!!! I receive weekly emails for billing yet I have called them 4 times and wrote at least 3 emails which were returned to me…they said they are "working on it". What a bunch of garbage…I've wasted hours on a service I never used and no one at the company who I've spoke to is able to cancel my account???? Don't sign up!!!!
