Excellent service. Spent time talking through the setup process, helping with every step. From start to finish they have been brilliant to deal with, Ed was especially helpful setting up the phone.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFELINE. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DAMAGE ME. NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOULD ANYONE EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

App interface is user friendly as well as the admin portal. 8x8 to teams integration performs very well with what we have to date, but there is room for improvement.

The service was good, however when it came to cancelling my account when I switched to another service it was very annoying. First I had to request a support ticket, then I was given to a retention agent who tried to get me to stay, then it was given to an agent with their global cancellation team, then I was emailed to prove I was the account owner despite being logged in to my admin console and being the listed Super Admin. Then I got an email asking for a passphrase which I never had on my account so I was told I had to create a passphrase to prove I was who I said I was. Then it was given to another global cancellation agent who then called me and then CC'd my account manager. I had to then call back and state that I was in fact trying to cancel. What the heck? It felt like entrapment to force me to stay with them and attempts to retain my business. Several bad customer service experiences and cost were the reason I left 8x8. They stated that this was all for security reasons to prevent someone unauthorized to cancel an account. I get that however, I've not had this much trouble cancelling a bank account, so I'm not sure what they are trying to solve here other than creating an aversive experience in hopes people will give up and stay with them.

Contacted Customer Service, after failed 9am meeting attempt with Lisa Lopez because "the 3rd party automated system must have not notified her". 40 minutes later and 4 agents later I finally made it to Lisa. Who proceeded to inform of pricing X1 that they no longer have. Bless her heart she was trying to sell the service, but that's all it was "selling a service". I asked about Mac integration and other technical issues mentioned by other people - "no know issues, it's the clients who forget to plug in their head set". I mentioned reviews online that do talk about technical issues and difficulty of reaching customer service and I got another "brush it under the rug" answer. They are not accountable to their clients now or ever. Glad I learned this now NOT to mingle with the crap shoot company like this.

Excellent service provided from Stuart Woodfall. Initially, I spoke to Sav who was very informative and efficient. Then Stuart Woodfall took over and provided the best customer support ever! He was always available, helpful, professional and friendly. Nothing was a problem for him. He even set up a zoom meeting and shared screens to show me how to set up another user, etc. He did follow up calls not just emails, which is a blessing nowadays! He went above and beyond to say the least. I would highly recommend 8X8 and their service is phenomenal. Thank you very much Stuart.

There is too much emphasis on the customer resolving the problems remotely by overseas guidance. Our system has not worked as it should since inception. The initial support wained and most of the time an email arrives with a very very lengthy explanation of 100 things to try, which you need a communications degree to understand. Ot is time for us to move on to a new supplier.
