Extremely disappointed with the service. I recently applied for the service and got it approved. I was able to setup my numbers and start the work on the first day but the very next day. The calling was unavailable due to some issue with their systems. I reached out to them and after a long wait. The agent came online to answer the query but he said he has no knowledge of what is happening and will get someone to call very soon on the issue. But no one reached out and then the very next day all our numbers were suspended. And we tried calling and waited more than 3 hours to get in touch with someone, Once the call was connected. It disconnected automatically and no one bothered to call back and then we again but no one picks up. And the very next day our main account was also deactivated. Such a pathetic response and such a pathetic service initiative.

I am annoyed that I have to give 8x8 even one star! 8x8 are absolutely diabolical. The customer service is absolutely atrocious; slow, painful and difficult. To raise a problem you have to raise a case online and you never know how long it will take 8x8 to respond. However if you take longer than 2 days they will close your case, which is ridiculous if there is an ongoing issue. If an 8x8 person does ever call you you will not be able to hear them because the phone line quality is hideous that you will need to end the call. Problem after problem with no-one around to do anything remotely helpful! As soon as my contract ended with 8x8 I switched to another VoIP provide - what an absolute dream the new provider is!! DO NOT USE 8x8!!

8x8 Cancelled my service without authorisation. have offered no effective customer service at reconifguring my service so I have cancelled my account. They have also continued to charge me after cancelling my service.

So complex filling out tax returns is easier. You cannot talk to people, what they tell you to do in an email doesn't work. I just want to cancel and I can't even find out how to do that. Wasted a whole morning and I'm off to find someone else.

We have just moved across to 8x8 and cannot get through to support. They just don't answer the phone...not a good start. Now it has been over 25 minutes with no response. The hold music/ sales is incredibly repetitive.

I have never written a bad review but the 8x8 user experience is very poor, overly confusing and focuses too much on the customer resolving their own issues. I have tried everything from their support page recommendations but they are outdated and the links often do not work. I cannot get through to technical support and have wasted my time trying to resolve this.

AVOID! AVOID! PLEASE AVOID! THIS IS A SCAM! PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS! I am a Journalist and a colleague sent me a link to have a months trial. For over 1 year I have been attempting to cancel this subscription via email, telephone and on the online portal. No one picks up the phone they have a phone message on a loop. When I email, they direct me to a link that has no option to cancel. When I attempt to log on using my email and password, it wont allow my email. When I have requested an email to change my password, it says 'email sent' and I do not receive an anything - no link to change password, therefore I cannot log in to cancel online although even if I had a password, there are no options on 8x8.com to cancel. You also need login details to raise a complaint, again, the system does not accept my password, therefore, again, I cannot raise a case for complaint. Question? Why would anyone need this when it offers no more than; MS Teams, Whatsapp and Skype is free! Why would anyone need this as a paid option for virtual / face to face meetings - how3ever, you pay for this service when the former option are reliable, authentic business's that are all FREE!
