this company is fraud! they let me put the name of their bank in my car title Lien and when the DMV took time to change it they turn down my application. and now i need to take out again that Capital Comumunity Bank again to my Car Tittle they are all stupid!

Trash company. Scam artist. They thought they had me but i did nothing wrong. I made a payment from my checking account because it's free and they said it was declined due to insufficient funds. So I made a payment with my debit card it went through go figure and like a dummy re-loaned that same day. 3 days after signing the new loan contract and recieving the funds they say oh you owe us 177 more dollars. I told them i made my payment and argued with several different reps. Finally after requesting a supervisor they decided to investigate. Oh what do you know i was right. They had recieved my payment butt there was still a charge of 20 dollars for the nsf... (Non sufficient funds) I told them whatever the money was there obviously it was something on their end but if it'd fix my account fine take the 20 dollars but not until that following Friday. Ok its scheduled. Since then i got another email saying my payment was declined due to too many payments made in a billing cycle.... I'm like what? But then tells me they are ready and they need payment right away to keep my account good. I say fine take the 20 dollars. Oh by the way he says there's a 4.95 dollar charge for using an agent to make your payment. Whatever loan mart. You are a rip off artist. You ruined my business with you and will make make sure everyone i know knows how crooked y'all are. Good job.

Loanmart is the worst charging me 10 dollars plus a day for being late . This company should be shut down . Totally taking advantage of people that are down on their luck .

I was approved for a loan through LoanMart and OH MY GOD! I uploaded all proof less then 1hr and boy O’boy the run around, laziness and B.S. they tell you. I spoke to 5 different people and nobody was updated. Let's not talk about lunch, 30 min? Nope.. 1 hr? Nope... 2 hrs maybe a response. If you upload docs online, expect 48-72hrs for any funds. I asked for proof of policy because of the B.S. I was denied. I asked for a supervisor, I was denied. Not good for emergency funding, not a good business.

While waiting on a check, my husband and I couldn't pay our rent and began looking for a short term loan to do so. I spent (literally) a week and a half trying to get something figured out with other loan companies including Embassy and OneMain that said they would call us back and didn't or did, five days later. I wish I had tried LoanMart FIRST. My credit went into the gutter during the pandemic and I knew my only option would be a secured loan. When I got the pre-approval I thought it had to be a scam. Their interest rates had to be ridiculous or the company simply didn't exist. As soon as I finished my online application and called, I was assigned a loan officer (Kelyn) who was an amazing help, answered all of my questions, and gave me peace of mind. There was an issue sending in my title which wasn't even a problem. The loan funds were in my account within 5 minutes after that. I started the process around 6pm Tuesday evening and finalized / had everything in my account by Wednesday morning. My only complaint is they don't exactly make it easy to payoff the loan as once the check arrived I immediately went to do so but found out I could only payoff through MoneyGram or mail in check. Regardless, I have no complaints. When you're someone like me who had great credit that went to crap in a year, who most lenders wouldn't look twice at, it's pretty discouraging especially when you are just in a bind with money on the way but not fast enough. Do I recommend their loan products? Not for everyone. It's a simple interest loan, daily interest that decreases with payments made, if you miss a payment you owe a few and still risk losing your vehicle (and all the fees that go with that). If you just need a spot of cash on the fly to hold you over, you won't be paying much interest and can pay off the loan in full without any additional interest beyond the couple days or weeks. This type of loan can either give you a lifeline if you're in a temporary tough spot with more money expected soon or it can be a vicious cycle of repetitive payments and new loans. That's up to you. I will say that YES they are legit. YES you will prob be approved, someone will work with you to ensure everything is understood. Their customer service is phenomenal. Just give them a chance and don't let emotion speak for you. These people do their jobs and do them well.

This company lures you in with quick easy loans then takes every opportunity to add fees to the "secured "loan.Ive never seen a company so eager to reposses a car. Not even 60 days late. Now the payment went from1500 to 2500. Not even two payments late. Don't use this company. They don't give a darn about their customers. Continuously rude and threatening repossession. It's already way over halfway paid back now it's another thousand on top of their already ridiculous interest rate. Their goal is to get as many penalties and fees out of you as possible on top of their interest rate making money hand over foot and if somebody has a hard time not giving a darn what they're going through. Do not use this company!!!!

The process was quick and the agents were not understanding but worked with me during the whole process! Great service!!

I can honestly say that, this company and the crew that assisted me in this title loan were very profesional, organized and honest. I got my loan approved within 24 hours and finalized, I never even believed this would be possible this fast, what I do recommend ask for direct deposit
