Their is always a live agent ready to speak with you even when the automative recorder say the office hours are closed. When agents have to call as a reminder it is never threatening rather friendly suggestive and helpful

All the loan officers were experienced and Helpful - especially ILsa. I had a challange with one individual, it was a language barrier and he seemed rushed. Extremely disappointed at the length of time it takes for the funds to be deposited.
