After making payments for 4 months my baI ance is more than when I first got the loan. Also, last month I split a payment on September 16 and the agent tried to tell me I didn't pay at all and added interest. This is crooked. I am reporting you to the FTC and the Attorney General of Florida.

Never received a statement showing balances or breakdown. Almost impossible to get actually speak to someone.

15 minutes for funding after its scanned into the UPS system. That was hours ago and nothing. Can't get anyone to take my call. If this is the service you provide everyone I am truly surprised you are in business. Yes, I called on Sunday because I had to, the person who answered the phone assured me that a loan officer would call me right back. That was at 11:43am central time. 5 hours later nothing. Don't tell someone a loan officer is there and can help then have nothing and I mean nothing happen. During my last call I was informed that they went home early. Absolutely ridiculous

My $1900 title loan was easy to get after paying on it for 12 months at $170 a month. My payoff is still $1500. This is ridiculous and a very high interest I don’t recommend.
