I took out a loan with them a while back. It was an easy enough process. After a while, I was told I qualified to have my loan renewed. I accepted it. For a while everything was fine. While I have had this loan, I have noticed that customer service does not always respond. I was given a phone number that did not connect to customer service, and when I email them, my messages go ignored. For example, my car was just totaled a month ago. I got hit by a semi. I let them know, and eventually the insurance company sent them a check to cover the cost of the loan. They never updated my account. They still have not cleared the check. Yet, I am still getting messages and reminders to make an upcoming payment. I will not. They have ignored many emails and given me a nonworking phone number to reach the people meant to address this particular situation. I am now on the fence about my experience with them because it now seems like they want to drag this out and possible hurt my credit even though they literally have the money in hand. It is ridiculous that they will not close my account now that they have been paid in full. If you can, please seek out alternative loan options. Otherwise, stay very diligent with your loan payments and communication efforts. You may later need legal reps to help get them off of your record.

Do NOT get a loan from this company! They are a PREDATORY loan company. My interest rate was 98% DAILY! They repossessed my car for 47 days late payment. $700 plus to get it back. Lost income while it sat in the tow yard. Took a title loan for $4500. Paid it off 11 months later and it cost me $11,800!!!!! THIS ACTIVITY IS ILLEGAL! Stay away!!! I’m lucky I got out of this PREDATORY LOAN COMPANY when I did. Now the FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL IS INVESTIGATING AND BBB HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. Just read the Better Business Bureau file on them —- it reads like a LOAN SHARKING organization!!! Follow up to LoanMart Response The company is dishonest in their reply. When I was lucky enough to pay it off, it was a 98% interest rate. LoanMart preys on those desparate for funds, as I was. If it hadn’t been for a family member, I would have never gotten my car back from their repressors. They charge ILLEGAL interest fees and then take your car when you can’t keep up with their payment schedule. I really think they are actually in the CAR business. Curious to know the PERCENTAGE of their customer’s cars TAKEN by this company. Again, don’t be a fool like I was! Will be shouting this from every corner of the internet until the state of Florida SHUTS THEM DOWN! instagram, twitter, TikTok,Facebook, you tube videos… all on the way! THIS IS A DIRT BAG COMPANY AND THEY PISSED OFF THE WRONG GIRL. Run from this company!!!

Loan Mart made my experience easy and very comfortable. The staff and loan office Aziria was very professional, patient, knowledgeable, friendly. They was very helpful and answered all questions, as they walked you throughout the application process. They called you and returned calls in a timely manner. Thank you to you all for your help.

It took a little longer than I wanted do to the hurricane. Once everything was printed and sent, the process was super easy and I got some much needed emergency money.
