I was quite please at the exceptional customer service I received. I had a minor cosmetic issue with one of the products, and I reached out to CS support. They were easy to work with and handled my issue in a timely and appropriate manner. I'm looking forward to using my travel cooler. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I bought 2 units and neither are preforming well. The Pioneer Pro runs out of battery life in 3 hours and the Voyager mini even faster then that. My flight time to the Philippines is 30 hours. How am I going to keep my insulin cool for that length of time. My next test is going to be with supplied biogel packs but I am not holding any hope they will perform any better. The manual that cam with both units are very difficult to read and do not provide adequate detailed information. Additional power banks are not available for the Pioneer Pro so that is not an option.

A quick response that answered all my questions on an order. My customer service experience was outstanding. We have not used the product yet but if the product is like their customer service, it will be excellent.

Excellent customer service and communications. After reporting a concern, 4ALLFAMILY went beyond the necessary steps to resolve my issue. Their products are high quality. I don't think I would trust another company's medicine coolers for long trips.

The product quality seems to be very good - we did not give 4 stars because the follow up of the delivery process was just not existent .So we had to ask allways "where is our order"...or pay another organisation for our demand.
