AWESOME! A company that has a FANTASTIC product AND treats you like you are their ONLY customer. Angelo was AMAZING! Twice we called in and got a HUMAN instantly that is VERY knowledgeable, speaks clearly, and knows EXACTLY what we are asking about. I wish ALL companies were run like this one. Thank You ALL! I purchased the Voyager XL and the 20000mah portable power bank . I used the gel pack from San Diego to Galveston TX on plane and in car. Worked perfectly for my 13 hour travel day. Got to hotel and then switched to just plug in to usb . Next morning switched to power bank while we traveled to get on cruise and await getting in our room. On cruise in our room I had request a medical cooler from guest services ( free with a $75 refundable deposit) The day we left to fly home I hooked cooler up to power bank for another 14 hr travel day. It worked great, except I made mistake of using the short cord that comes with power bank and plugged that into the voyager. (Note: short power bank cord is for charging power bank only) I did not know not to use the short cord. Anyway when I went to disconnect the little metal piece slid out of white cord end. Today , I chatted with company and the told me I did hook it up with wrong cord . But , they had great customer service and are sending me a new charging power bank cord. Definitely recommend this company The Voyager XL and the power bank!

4AllFamily - a company you can depend on. I had a problem with my unit, and didn't have much time to receive a new one before heading out of country for 2 months. I contacted 4 All Family and they went over and above to make sure I received a replacement unit, one that suited my needs even better, days before my departure. I will forever sing their praises and recommend them to my Facebook HOA page, and all of my online health communities.
