Wow! It's like being back in the 90s! :) I mean, they do customer service! What's that all about? :) I have been ordering from them for years, but I didn't realize that I can actually have a complicated and quite unreasonable demand catered to with a smile (they worked with two of my vets, both of whom were being difficult, to get a prescription renewal for me. I was supposed to go see the vet first, but I didn't have to because Petmeds worked their magic). I just hope they don't raise their prices because I don't know how they can provide this kind of service for the lowest price on the market.

I only get flea & tick meds, along with heartworm meds, from 1800PetMeds occasionally for my dog. I've shopped with this company for several years and I rarely have issues with them. When I do have issues, it's usually from my vet's side denying the prescription request because they haven't seen my dog for awhile. This has happened twice and I've never been charged for my order until it's vet-approved. I really like the fact that they will call my vet for me to confirm the prescription request because I have bad phone anxiety. Their prices are also much better than the vet's office, along with some of their competitors. I always seem to find good coupons, which helps a lot too. So far, the only downside I have is that they leave stale dog biscuit treats in the box the prescriptions arrive in. Besides that, my experience has been pretty good with them. I will update this review in the future, if needed.

I always order meds my dog needs from here,they are great about keeping me updated on my orders and contacting vet when needed. Very fast shipping and they always put a treat in the box :)

They sent me an email to refill the flea meds for my 3 cats. The email showed the complete order correctly. I clicked the link in the email to "Refill Now". It took me to their website - instead of placing the 3 Selarid 6pk in my cart, it placed 2 Revolution 6 pk in my cart. The total price was similar and I didn't even realize at first they were trying to upsell and cheat me. When I went to the second page of the checkout, and it only wanted 2 cats names, I looked closer and found the rip-off attempt. I had to delete the order and do a manual entry for each cat of the correct item. Guess I'll start looking for an honest pet med site before my next order. If you order from them, triple check what you are ordering is correct and the quantity and price are also correct.

Ordered a refill of meds. They CHARGED my card, but never shipped it. No order, no address updates. My dog is tearing herself up without her needed allergy medicine being late. So I call them and they said 'you're lying. we have no order in the system.' and that it was probably fraud. Oh yeah, someone totally faked their exact price of my dogs refill [same as last order!], and, their company's name on my bank account. They refused to retract the payment and said 'that's your banks problem'. So they committed fraud. Congrats on making me a Chewy customer.

OMG what a brain dead company! One day a delivery company left a 1800petmedsbox in my yard. My dogs went out the doggie door and smelled candy (dog treat) in the box. They shredded it and ate months of made to be tasty meds along with the candy! One of my dogs almost died! Ive explained dozens of times to employees..and their Vet who agreed...that you dont ship candy with medicine! HELLOOOO. Many employees state "Do you know how angry customers would be if we didnt send the treat dog bone?" I ask "Do you know how angry theyll be when their dog gets sick or dies because you ship candy with medicine?" I then explain that THEY TRAINED PEOPLE TO EXPECT THE CANDY!!! Imagine if grandpas meds arrived with cotton candy and cracker jacks and your kids opened the box!!! I am then repeatedly told by myriad employees that they will mark it " NO BONE". Guess what? Half of the time it arrived with a candy bone anyway! I no longer get meds from a company that KNOWS the issue and CHOOSES to ship candy with meds, risking my Service Dog's life!!! No brainer! Disgusting!

I'm a new customer who contacted customer service to ask a question about ordering because I needed immortal meds for my aging pet. The rep gave me a short answer to my question, then asked if there was anything else she could do for me or if she answered my question, but then she IMMEDIATELY disconnected the chat literally .08 seconds later. Not 1 second, not .1 second, *.08 seconds* later. I am truly disappointed with this service. I have the screenshots.

My $300+ order was shipped to the wrong address (the website didn’t save the new address I had input at checkout) so I called expecting to have to put my hackles up to get it sent to the correct one. The rep I spoke with though was AMAZING! I just explained the situation and he said they’ll reship a new order to the correct address with overnight shipping. PLUS there’s no robot you have to deal with before talking to an actual person and the wait time before he answered was less than two minutes! Such a great experience; I highly recommend :)
