Hello Tamarak, We are so sorry that his has happened. Most of our food ships from our Delray Beach, FL location but some brands ship directly from the vendor at their request. The Purina Pro Plan Vet Diet is one of these brands. The vet did not approve the prescription request until 1/15/26 so this is when the order was sent to the vendor to be fulfilled and the order shipped out on 1/16/26. We do not receive shipping information until the vendor sends it to us then we forward it to you. UPS and the USPS are experiencing shipping delays due to inclement weather/storms throughout the country and it is posted on their website that delays in deliveries could happen. We show that this order shipped from our vendor on 1/16/26 and is scheduled to be delivered on : Monday, January 26, between 8:45 A.M. - 11:45 A.M. PetMeds is not responsible for delays of orders after it leaves our warehouse or a vendors warehouse . Please let us know if you do not receive this order by days end on 1/26. Hello Dale, We are truly sorry hear that your order was delayed. We understand how frustrating that can be and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively looking into the cause and taking steps to prevent future delays. We do show an order was placed on Sunday, 8/3/25 for Bravecto for Tanner. Our system automatically reached out to your vets office the same day but our pharmacy is not here on Sundays so your vet probably would not get the request until the following day, Monday 8/4/25.. Our pharmacy would then send another request for approval within 24 hours. Looks like our pharmacy also called the vet directly on 8/7/25 to see if we could get a verbal approval for the order due to the cut-off of the original RX. Our pharmacy was able to get it approved over the phone on Thursday 8/7/25 so the order shipped out the same day. Shipping confirmations and tracking information is emailed once the order is all set to ship. We show that the order is Out For Delivery and is being delivered today by 7:50pm, Saturday 8/9/25..less than two days later. All orders require a pending charge (hold) when the order is first placed so the order can ship as soon as the approval is received and the order is ready to go. Once the order is approved and ready, that pending charge (hold) reverses and falls off. Reversal of funds can take 48-72 hours depending on your financial institution.
