I've used them for awhile now, have always had excellent fast service. Even when my vet wrote wrong size weigh for my dogs heart guard they contacted me right away and called vet for me and took care of issue. Great customer service, and good prices for us on tight budgets! They definitely have my business!

in april i ordered vetmedin from them waited two weeks after not hearing from them I called the. Rep said they had not received my script. She did do some looking around their office and found, it got to the pharmacy asap. did get over nighted. Now mailed another script it has been 9 days since i mailed it called today the rep says they have not received it. Same story. I am running very low on this med. If need meds you better mail you script in a month ahead. I NOTED ON THE LETTER ATT: PHARMACY my vet does not ANY have in stock. Dont know what I will do if I run out. I wish I could talk to rep that handled my last order.

Great pricing, great service. When my state outlawed compounded meds in Vet clinics, local Rx wanted to charge me ridiculous $$$. I went to the website, put in my info, and 1800 PetMeds did the rest. I had my dog's meds within a few days at a very reasonable price. Very happy!

It seems something is always messed up with orders, either they forget something or send the wrong item... Plus it is a bit expensive compared to other sites.

They are honest and have good customer support. They make their WEB site where you can cancel your order instantly if you want. A lot of companies once they have your money, they won't let go of it. They also price match so if you find a lesser price with another accredited vet pharmacy, they'll price match. My vet all approves getting meds from them, which is reassuring. The customer support when I called with questions, was super friendly and was able to answer every question. Will use them again.
