PetMedsReviews of 1800petmeds.com

Loyal PetMeds customer for years. It's cheaper than what my Vet offers. They fulfill my mail-in orders super fast. I've never had any delay. I'm grateful they offer coupons as well. ALSO, must make note of how awesome their customer service folks are on the phone. Always super helpful (no accents to decipher) and willing to go above and beyond to help customers. I respect and appreciate this company for all it has to offer.

I needed worm medicine for my cat and was on a budget so really couldn't afford to go to the vet and pay for testing, visit meds etc. They also require prescription there while pet meds does not. I got the medication within a couple days and it worked right away.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tiffany T., Senior Customer Service Representative at 1-800-PetMeds. We recently ordered two bags of prescription dog food for our dog who has severe food allergies. When the package didn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, I logged into our account and saw that the tracking information showed the shipment was missing. Given that this is prescription food and not something we can just substitute, this was extremely stressful. Initially, I attempted to resolve the issue via online chat, but was told the case would need to be elevated to a supervisor and that someone would contact me within two hours. Unfortunately, I never heard back the next day. When I called, I had the absolute fortune of being connected with Tiffany. From the very beginning, she understood the seriousness of the situation and treated it with urgency and compassion. She went out of her way to escalate the case immediately and personally followed up with me multiple times throughout the day to provide updates — something that is incredibly rare in customer service today. Most importantly, Tiffany arranged for a complimentary bag of food to be next-day shipped so that my baby would not go without her prescription diet. That level of care meant the world to us. She didn’t stop there — she even followed up the next day to confirm that the delivery arrived safely. Tiffany’s professionalism, empathy, and proactive communication completely turned around what started as a very stressful experience. She is truly an asset to your company and represents the very best of what customer service should be. Thank you, Tiffany, for going above and beyond for our family and our sweet girl!

I appreciated that there was a callback so I didn't have to wait on hold for 10 minutes. The representative I spoke with was kind and knowledgeable and took care of what I needed.

Cindy was so helpful to me! Thank you Cindy!

Speaking with a very nice operator named Gwen. She was very helpful and pleasant and easy to understand!!! Gwen got me the great discount I need!✔️ Thank you again, Gwen!

PetMeds was WONDERFUL. I waited too long to ordered medication dog food for my dog, hoping he would not need any more. But in fact he did, and I only had one days worth left. I called to talk to PetMeds to see if they could expedite the shipping. Not only did they send it over night, they did not charge me for the change. They said if it did not get there on time and I had to get it at the vet (significantly more expensive) they would reimburse me!!!! It arrived on time, overnight, my dog did not miss a meal. And my dog is finally feeling better!!! PetMeds saved me this week, and I am VERY VERY grateful!!!

Believe it or not, an actual live person answered my call promptly, took care of my request, and was very pleasant. I was happily shocked that this can still occur in today’s world.
