Friendly and efficient

Representative was very friendly, polite and helpful. She was able to adjust the price of my order to be competitive with Petmeds competitor. Although not the same price the final price was only a couple of dollars more.

Rx took over a week to receive even though I paid for expedited shipping. They also sent Rx food that I did NOT order. Their website says they accept returns but it’s hard to understand the process. Their customer service is basically nonexistent: they say it takes 3-5 to receive an email response and the 800 number has over a 30 minute wait.

Had to wait on the phone for a while but it was definitely worth it. Spoke to Gwen, she was great. She answered all my questions with care and patience. She took her time and helped me choose the right meds for my 2 dogs and worked with me understanding best prices and dosages. Thank you!

I Contacted PetMeds by phone and was told extremely busy. Got a callback from Mason and he was so so helpful! He helped me complete my order and saved the day. Thank you Mason! Remember Serenity and hilarity!

Peggie was polite, efficient and overall just so pleasant to work with. She really tried to make the experience a good one and she succeeded. Hope all of your people are like her!

Waiting for a REFUND( I WAS OVER CHARGED FOR) for 3 weeks. Had to waste my time calling to point out their mistake and was told refund was issued. NOTHING AFTER 3 WEEKS AND 2 EMAILS. It took them seconds to charge me but I guess months to issue a refund. They lost a customer PERMANENTLY.

I spoke with Kelly, she was incredibly helpful and patient with my questions and placing an order for me, Kelly was very polite and an absolute joy to talk to.
