Representative Jess is the reason I'm sticking with 1800contacts. I stopped ordering from them years ago because their prices were always higher than everyone else's and they stopped wanting to honor price matching from other websites. However, called 3 times 3 days in a row and I'd decided if they didn't honor this match I'll just stop calling. I spoke with representative Jess who was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about everything I needed. I received my contacts in 3 days. Thanks!

When you think of the word "1-800 Contacts," you think, "oh, a very convenient place to store all of the phone numbers of my friends and family." So I ordered from their site, and guess what? Instead of a small book to write down the phone and fax numbers of my friends and family, I got these two little plastic disks. How am I supposed to write down any information on these tiny things? And they gave me this drink called Saline Solution, and now I haven't been able to stop pooping for the last six hours. How am I supposed to call up my friend Gerald on my Garfield landline telephone when I don't even remember his number and I can't even get to my phone because I'm stuck on the toilet. This is all your fault, 1-800 Contacts.

Always fast and reliable for me. Customer service will call you immediately if there is something that needs to be fixed with order. Sometimes include little samples (contacts, solution) in order. App works well.

Idk why they only have 3 stars! I was a little skeptical with an online exam, but due to COVID 19, I tried it. My contacts came in about a week, and they reviewed my exam in 1 day. The contacts are exactly what I need! I called them once to check the status of my order and customer service was very nice.

I emailed them about my order and they didnt respond until almost 10 days later. Response time is horrible and the tracking is not working.

Just ordered some contact lenses at the 17th of april 2020, then after purchasing i was curious and wanting to know more about 1800, so i went to google search and found some negative reviews that makes me anxious for days with a lot of “what if” in my head, i started contacted the 1800 contacts and always on standby mode for the delivery and every updates on my delivery, you know what?? The delivery went fast in just 2 bussiness days, contacts are also perfect! Conditions are great, expiry dates are far away,all is superb! They even help me out in contacting my doctor for my prescription(since i only gave them my glasses prescription). All went super well, will definitaly re purchase again from 1800 contacts. I’ve had an amazing experience with them. They were cheaper than my optometrist, so I purchased a year’s worth. They shipped quickly with a tracking number. Said it arrived...and nothing. Next day rolls around and still nothing. I contacted customer service asking for advice and they kindly are shipping out a replacement for me. I thought I’d have to pay more. Extremely friendly service and fast. Thank you so much for everything!

My contact ripped so i went online ordered them got email to call I guess my contacts were 70 dollars more than what I had thought well they already dinged my card for 98.00 now tried to go back and get an additional 168.00 I'm one of those workers out of work cause of Corona virus I didn't have that amount on my debit card. So now it'll take 7 to 10 business days to get my 98.00 back and imeft with no contacts really they should not take money before they look at prescription would not recommend them to anyone shafty business.
