Second time they have charged me and left my order in limbo because my doctor isn’t in office and this is a pandemic. Haven’t called my doctor, who does have staff answering phones. Rude customer service reps who do not answer basic questions and are insulting. One refused to actually respond to my questions and blocked me after insulting me in DM.

My order was cancelled, without notification, 10 days after placing it. Originally, there was an issue with the prescription that was uploaded. A staff member told me that they would reach out to my provider to get it. Instead of getting in contact with me to let me know, they went ahead and cancelled my order. I wouldn't be so mad if I wasn't counting on these things to be here this week. I will be taking my business else where.

I only write reviews when I am startled by how good, or how bad a company treats me. I ordered my contacts yesterday morning early. During the day, they verified my prescription with my eye doctor. Last night after 9pm I received an email saying they had shipped them. What a pleasant surprise! Even crazier? My contacts showed up THIS MORNING! less than 24 hours after ordering them. They must have a distribution center nearby or something. That was way fast.

I love 1800-Contacts. I hate talking to people on the phone generally, but every single interaction I've had with a customer service rep left me in a better mood. Not only are they incredibly helpful at answering every question you may have about the process, but the people I have interacted with have also been genuinely kind. The last girl I talked to was very rude. Told me to be quiet so she could get a word in edgewise I've been with these people for over 20 years and this is how they treat you there are other places to order contacts

They cancelled my order after I failed an eye exam. Nowhere did they say to wear contacts or glasses during the exam. Then they told me there was nothing they could do. I explained it was a pandemic and my optometrist is closed and they still did nothing. So now I’m blind. F*** 1800 contacts. They suck
