Morons had the nerve to cancel my order since the optometrist wrote the wrong contact lenses on my prescription. Then they claimed they were bound by the FDA to ensure accuracy. My prescription is -2.25 OD/OS so who cares what brand of lens I’m ordering. It’s not like I’m trying to order 5 tons of cough syrup. Morons!!!

I tried 1800 contacts a few years ago and wasn’t thrilled. Tried it again 3 weeks ago and now I am over the moon about it. So, my eye doctor switched me to a new brand and those contacts HURT. I forgot and a few months later I placed an order for my old brand. They contacted me I. Less than 24 hours because the prescription did not match what I ordered. I called and literally only 8 minutes later they had updated my order to match my prescription. The box came very quickly. I wore the contacts the next day and then remembered how much this brand hurt my eyes. So I called to return my unused pairs. NOT ONLY did they start the return, but they gave me an online link to for an eye test get my prescriptions changed to my old brand! 😮 And it DIDN’T. COST. A. THING. So goodbye contact fitting fees!!! Seriously, I have been entirely thrilled with their service.

I was a little iffy on ordering from here after reading some of the reviews.. the reviews weren't on 1800contacts themselves but their shipping company DHL... overall my experience was GREAT. I ordered very smoothly through the app and received my contacts within 5 business days EXACT. I was able to track my package with ease. I will definitely be using them when its time to order more!

These morons promise they won't debit your account before they ship your order----the LIE. Don't Trust Them! They are all HYPE! I canceled my order when I realized what they did and it took them 2 weeks to issue me a credit.

Ok I'd give them 5 stars if it weren't for their sleazy marketing practices, which I have complained to them about multiple times and they still keep doing this. When you go to your account and click on "re-order" - they automatically add a whopping 3 extra boxes to your order! I have never ordered more than one box at a time - I wouldn't order 4 boxes at a time because I cannot afford it. When I say "re-order" I mean re-order EXACTLY what I ordered before - which is one box. If I'm doing this on my phone, I sometimes miss that they have done this and suddenly get a whopping charge for hundreds of dollars on my credit card for 4 boxes. I have complained repeatedly about them adding extra boxes to my order without my permission to no avail. They do it every time. They also BOMBARD you with emails telling you it's time to re-order when you still have plenty left. The contacts come fast, they send the right kind, and it's free shipping - but I cannot take their unethical marketing ploys so am looking for a different company.

Ohh god 1-800 contacts saved my life through these hard times theres like no eye doctors really open i couldnt see a doctor to do my yearly eye exam and i know 1800 contacts usually goes by percription but since ya cant go see a doc 1800 contacts what i saud saved my life by doing that absoulte genius and awsome friendly website if gour in need of contacts on the fly dont waste any time thank you so much 1800 contacts for life lol

I want to say that I am super satisfied! Like I don’t know how there could be bad reviews... or I’m just lucky! And I’m not being paid and I don’t work for them. I placed an order with an outdated prescription. 1800 contacts quickly assisted me... I had in another pair of old contacts from a different eye doctor who apparently had my prescription wrong because when I got the exam from a new eye doctor (the one I used for 1800 contacts) and ordered the current lenses I have.... omg I can see clearly now! I’m so happy! Thank you thank you!
