Best customer service I’ve had in a while. I made a mistake with my prescription and doctor provider, so I contacted their live chat on their website and met Jade! They were incredibly helpful and even helped me with getting head in the verification process. They were kind and incredibly assistive. They also let me know about what 1800contacts does in order to verify, and let me know that if my prescription changes before I can finish my box of contacts, they can absolutely change it for the remainder free of charge. I wouldn’t have known that if it wasn’t for Jade! Jade helped me with a discount, which in turn helped me save up for my next upcoming eye exam even more. I cannot thank them enough. If Jade’s boss is out there anywhere, Jade deserves a good shoutout!

I recently had an amazing experience with 1-800 Contacts and I couldn’t be more impressed. I placed an order for contact lenses late in the day yesterday, and to my surprise, the package arrived at my doorstep this morning, even before I had left my home. Talk about lightning fast shipment! Initially, there was a concern about a potential delay as they didn’t have all the items in stock, and I was informed that they would wait until everything was available to ship the complete order. However, when I reached out to a supervisor, she went above and beyond to find an alternative solution. She arranged for a partial order to be shipped immediately, ensuring that I didn’t have to wait any longer. I was truly grateful for her exceptional assistance. Throughout the entire process, I experienced excellent customer service. The supervisor I spoke to was professional, understanding, and efficient. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction was truly commendable. This level of service speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to its customers. Their gazillion satisfaction policy is BS. If you return contacts more than once, the company will not honor what you paid. You will not get the credit you should for returned contacts. I ordered 2 boxes of contacts. I ended up returning most of them because while working with my eye doctor, he changed me to a different brand. That return process went smoothly and I got the correct credit. When I again needed to return contacts to get a different brand, 1800 contacts stated that my credit would be $53.28. I was returning a full 90 pack plus 25 singles. I asked how is that possible. I was told from their customer service that I hadn’t actually paid full price for the contacts because I had used a credit from a previous return. I explained that yes, I did in fact pay full price even though I used credit from a return. She went on to say that they only take the cash price I paid into account. So my credit was for $211. I paid $96 cash. They would only honor the cash part or the return. What a rip off.

Very quick and customer service is great! The first time I orders my post office said they were delivered but nowhere to be found. I initially contacted my local post office but they did not seem to want to help, I contacted 1-800 contacts after and they immediately sent me a new box of contacts at no cost. So far they seem to be very reliable!

Been using this service for years, they have been extremely efficient in getting my contacts to me in less than a week. I love their timely service!! The same quality contacts available everywhere else, but with better, faster, exceptional customer service/care. Thank you !

I'm a new customer and for various reasons today had to deal with three 1800-CONTACTS customer service reps. Other companies need to take lessons! They are SOOO polite and helpful. Every single one! I havent even got my first order- just wanted to find somewhere to review the exceptional customer service!

I've been using this company for years. They are polite, helpful, and a human actually answers the phone. The prices are fair and when i've ripped a lens they replace it, no questions asked. If you order in bulk you get discounts, and when your prescription changes you can return unopened lenses. I couldnt be happier with this resource for my lenses!
