If you have a PO Box don’t expect to get your order. Everyone I spoke to in customer service seemed helpful and kind however they admittedly dropped the ball on placing my order 3 times and the 3 orders they did place never made it to my PO Box. They said the expedited and express do not deliver to PO Boxes but their standard shipping does yet I never got the order through standard either. I have orders sent to my PO Box through other companies and never had a problem. I won’t ever deal with this company again.

I have been trying to get my contacts from them since June. It is not their fault the contacts are on backorder, but there has been 0 communication with me. I get TRASH emails daily, so I know they have my email address. I've called twice to get the status, and I get the runaround. They promised a $75 credit, but they can't give me a code to order; I have to call back in to put the order in with an agent. I have probably spent over 2 hours working on this over the past two months... KEEP YOUR $75. TERRIBLE!!!

They don't seem to realize that not everyone is based in the US. They can't process in other currencies (so their pricing is all in USD, even if they don't indicate that anywhere), they can't issue shipping labels to return their overpriced contacts in other countries, and they send you a refund for the freight charges you need to incur via a cheque in the slow-boat mail that is in USD, so you can't actually deposit it without opening a USD bank account. There are thousands of places to buy contacts that aren't at best ignorant and at worst a full on scam.

The pricing is not truthful, it keeps changing every time i click the page to make the order, no signs that you are charged in USD dollars (even after you log in and enter your postal code) unless you check your bank account. Buy from Perfectlense is cheaper.

Was a little nervous after reading reviews, but it was one of the few reasonable and feasible options for us to order contact lenses while on a 2-week trip to US as my daughter forgot her contact lenses at home in Europe. Long story short, there were a few glitches getting the order in and verified, and I had to call several times, but each time the customer service agents seemed genuinely concerned about getting the order through. Due to a delay, the last agent ensured express delivery so we would get them on time and removed the charges to compensate for the delay. UPS arrived the next day with the package, so we were really happy and grateful for the service.

I made an order earlier this week and accidentally attached my glass prescription instead of the contacts prescription. I got a couple emails helping me fix my accident. Then I messaged customer service because I didn’t get any updates. Customer service member Keaton helped me thoroughly and even called me when I accidentally ended the help conversation. Once she helped me, she even made my contacts ship the next day! She called the next afternoon to make sure I got all the confirmation emails and shipping updates. I was very happy with my purchase and this service.

Awfull. Awfull, incompotant customer service. It has taken me 5 days just to have the order placed correctly with a reassurance I'll recieve them 7/20. With out my contacts even verified how am I to recieve them tomorrow. Why do they need to be verified. A LADY TALKED TO THE OFFICE YESTERDAY. Here's a tip customer service, guess what, you need the freaking correct information on the faxed document!! First and last order. If there was a negative option, I would choose that.

Some lady named “Lucky” called me and told me that my eye prescription was expiring (which isn’t true because my prescription has been the same for years). I was confused and trying to ask for clarification, which she did not offer and then just rudely hung up on me. I don’t know what kind of a company tolerates such behavior, but considering the other reviews, best believe I’ll find other avenues of getting my contacts without the rude customer service.
