Some idiot from 800 contacts actually had the nerve to send me an e-mail saying after the problems I had with this retailer that they felt that all of a sudden I was no longer wearing contact lenses. Very strange if you ask me. (I won't give the name of this idiot at this time).

I have used this company for over a decade. I recently submitted an order, money withdrawn from account, only to receive an email an hour later, telling me my RX requires a different type of contact. Of course, this impacts price, requiring me to spend MORE money. I cancelled my entire order again only to be told more disappointing news that it will take 3-10 BUSINESS days to deposit my refund that took 2 seconds to take OUT of my account. Beyond disappointed in this company. The website glitches, they state on some styles are a “manufacturers out” meaning they no longer carry. I go to other sites and find them just fine. Making all this money and they can’t invest in a better tech team?!? Let’s not talk about the bizarre “hold music” when you call. I’m going elsewhere and YOU should too!

Used to be great. I’ve been ordering for ten years. I’m going to stop. The last several orders was a huge hassle with late shipments and poor communication on my prescriptions. I had to repeat myself multiple times to multiple reps on really simple things. Ordering contacts should be super easy, not complicated. Taking my business elsewhere had enough.

I paid for next day service because I’m leaving Sunday on a trip and the customer service girl Trish was nasty I told her I am leaving Sunday I need my contacts next day she told me your next day is Monday uhm !? I am lacing Sunday she had a nasty attitude won’t be buying dom 1800 anymore…..

The service was awesome, I was able to chat with a representative who updated me along the way. And the delivery was so quick. I will 100% be ordering from 1800contacts again!

I ordered from 1-800 contacts years ago and loved their service, no complaints at that time. I just recently went back to get contacts for my daughter, but honestly with all the bad reviews online I almost didn’t order. I am so glad I did!!! Customer Service was top notch. I called the company two different times and spoke with Wendy once and Ken the 2nd time. They were both extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Ken ended up taking my order and helped answer all my questions, was very pleasant to work with. We received our contacts the next business day (over night shipping) without any problems. I am not sure why all the negative reviews, I know Covid did a number on many businesses, but honestly they were great for us. Will definitely continue to use them!

So far, ever time I have purchased thru 1800 contacts, these reps have been friendly, honest and accommodating. Highly recommended 1800 contacts♥️💜

If I could possibly give them less than one star I would. After cancelling my order, they went into my bank account and decided it was ok to take $184.00. Their customer service people were less than helpful, and when asked to speak to a manager I was told they didn't know when that would be possible.
