TERRIBLE!!! My package was delayed again! takes 11 business days that's over 14 regular days to get a pair of contacts do your self a favor and order somewhere else or local. There is ZERO savings and only headaches dealing with this company. If I could do a -5 rating that would be my choice.

Ordered contacts and paid for overnight shipping. Multiple business days later I contact them because my contacts hadn’t arrived. They explain that the contacts I ordered are discontinued but they had boxes left that they could send me. After multiple days go by I reached out again only to be told that they didn’t know when my contacts would arrive. Multiple days after that I receive an email saying my order had been cancelled. Called the company and was told the same things as before but they had a different brand they could send me. Then I was told it would take up to two weeks to get them to me??? This company is an absolute waste of time. First if the contact is discontinued, take it off your website so people won’t order them. Second your customer service is atrocious and if I’m not going to receive them, then someone should be able to just tell me that the first time. I’m glad I waisted time dealing with this terrible company!

What happened to 1-800-Contacts??? They give NO guarantees now on their contacts. Are they run by India? Russia? Really HORRIBLE service!!!! I will NEVER buy from them again!!!! Walmart here I come!!!!

Worst site ever. Have ordered in the past with little issue. This year, place my order and paid for an completed an online exam with them to update my prescription. However, their website doesn't update the order with my new prescription that they told me I needed and made me pay for and then cancels my order weeks after the fact without reaching out first and after my benefits are expired. Thanks for nothing 1-800 Contacts. Done doing business with your terrible customer service. Glad I paid for an exam for nothing.

This company has gone above and beyond for me several times in the past few months. Today, due to severe cold weather, I was not able to retrieve my contact lenses from my mail box. I contacted the company to ask if the contacts would be damaged by the cold, and without me asking, they are shipping me a FREE replacement order to another address. This is TOP NOTCH service and I'm very impressed and grateful!

I have been using 1-800-contacts since the 90's! I truly believe they have the best customer service I have ever encountered. I have never had any issues and their reps are super helpful and friendly!

I’ve been using one 800 contacts for four years and twice in those four years they have randomly charged me for an eye exam and I do the eye exam every time I order, so you can never be sure if they’re gonna charge you $25 or $45 . Their customer service is really rude. They don’t understand why it’s happening either nor can they explain they just want to see what they can do to get me to leave them alone instead of explaining how their website works . They seem to not even know how it works which is why they’re avoiding the question.
