These folks are consistently so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help me out! They have shipped contacts to me overnight in a hotel when I was in a pinch. They are insanely fast and convenient. What a great organization!

Terrible terrible terrible! They are thieves and will make sure their invoices don't reflect the money they took from you! I can't even dispute the transaction with my bank because it doesn't show where they owe me a refund for an order that was canceled. I wish I could give 1 star.

Supposed to be delivered on March 1st. Waited all day to receive them. No communication was provided to let us know they were not coming. They were not delivered. Next they were not able to be picked up so stayed around waited till 415 pm. I gave instructions on what do. Instead they left a slip in the mailbox while we were away. Re-Scheduled a delivery for March 4. Waited all day and the package never came. Had to go to external location to pick and of course going to this pickup we were not expecting to take left us stranded for a couple hours when the car broke down.

If I could give no stars I would.

3 user household here- Overpriced, including shipping if you need them fast. Your rX has to be verified and it is not retaining the verifications, rather not shipping your order and promoting their &20 online exam. Scam, bad service, overpriced.

This company is untrustworthy and really sketchy. I had a horrible experience when I purchased my contacts from them. The customer care service provides inaccurate details, they are prone to error, and when I was on the phone discussing my concerns about my order, they completely disregarded my needs and instead, they were promoting their products. I would ask a question, they would change the topic completely and try to convince me to spend more money on buying eyeglasses. They don’t care about their customers, they only care about ripping people off and taking your money. I had to return my order, and because they couldn’t cancel my order, they told me I would have to wait for my package to be shipped and then go through the process of sending it back… Such a hassle! They did not even reimburse me for the shipping fees, so I lost out on my money! The return process was so inconvenient and difficult. When I reached out to them about my refund, they told me they will send me my money via cheque. SKETCHY! I specifically requested to have my money refunded to my original method of payment. It’s strange how they chose to send a cheque, and make me go through the hassle of having to deposit it and inquire fees. 1800 Contacts has the worst customer service and they do really sketchy stuff. Save your money and your time, DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Prices are ludicrous and they lie about "matching prices". I was on chat with an agent showing, showing him several other companies selling them for half the price. They pretend to check but will give you a totally different price than what you're seeing in your cart of that other company, including all fees. So for example, you send them a screenshot with the final cart, showing exactly what you'd be charged if you go with another company, and they tell you some imaginary number that they decided for their (other company's price) and say they are going by some fake guideline.

First year using their service was great. However, once I got a new prescription with different eye measurements so I can order more contacts, they kept declining my orders or putting them on hold saying my prescription was "wrong" and didn't match what I ordered. I called them and they told me I could take their express exam which was another $20 on top of the over two hundred I already paid for my in person exam. My order was still on hold. I called them again and they told me I failed their express exam. What did they think was gonna happen if I tried taking an virtual eye exam through my CELLPHONE when I already have a prescription I paid a lot of money for?
