Hi Pat, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback about our rebate system. I am so sorry for the trouble you're using the rebate card. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any additional information from you when we requested it. We can't speak to your situation directly but we can provide some context about our rebate cards. We found that rebate checks were not as popular with our customers and switched to rebate cards to offer a more flexible experience. We completely understand that isn't the perfect solution for everyone. We'd love the opportunity to make this right - please email us anytime at [email protected]. We hope to hear from you soon!

Hi Marsiya, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your ordering experience. I am so sorry to hear we weren't able to meet the expectations we set with you. We reviewed your account based on the additional information you provided. In your specific instance, the lenses you ordered are on backorder from the manufacturer which, unfortunately, is something we cannot work around. Since the majority of the lenses we sell come from 3rd party manufacturers, we must rely on their supply chain to fulfill orders. With that in mind, we do have the largest inventory of contacts in the US, and most brands on our site are in stock. Your specific prescription is just not available at this time and therefore had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. I'm explaining this to provide some additional context not as an excuse for the improper expectations we set for your order. We completely understand your frustration and would love the opportunity to make this right for you. Please email us anytime at [email protected].

Hi Lori, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback about our services. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a response to our request for additional information and therefore can't speak to your specific situation. With that in mind, our prices are in line with most other big-box retailers. In addition to selling contacts, we also provide free standard shipping, 24/7 customer service, and guarantee all of our lenses with a Gajillion Percent Promise so you're never stuck with contacts you can't wear. Because of those extra benefits we provide our prices reflect the additional value you're receiving. We completely understand customers wanting to get the best price possible on their contacts which is why we continue to offer price matching. We try to make the process of price matching as simple as possible - it should only take one call or chat with an agent to get that setup. Again, we are sorry for the experience you had and we'd be happy to chat about this further. Please reach out to us anytime at 1-800-266-8228 or chat in online at www.1800contacts.com/contact-us.

Hi Larinda, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience. We are so sorry for the trouble you had receiving your lenses and we completely understand your frustration. We appreciate you responding to our request for more information about your situation. That allowed us to get insight into what went wrong and how we can fix it in the future. With that in mind, it looks like the original issue was due to your shipment being lost by the shipper. Unfortunately, once an order is handed off to a shipper we become limited in what we're able to do for customers. It appears that we attempted to resolve the situation by replacing your original order with a new one and refunding your shipping. That new order was placed with next business day delivery but since it was a Friday, the next business day would be Monday, which is when that package was delivered. I understand that your original order was placed on the 29th, but due to the situation with the shipper, that was the absolute soonest we could get a new order sent out. We'd be happy to chat with you further about this and find a better solution. For the trouble, I'm going to put a $20 credit on your account so you're able to get next-business-day shipping on a future order. Please reach out to us anytime at 1-800-266-8228 or chat in online at www.1800contacts.com/contact-us.

Hi Darrell, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback about our rebate process. We are so sorry to hear that we weren't able to meet your expectations with our rebates. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you about your situation and therefore will not be able to speak to it directly. Our rebate process is designed to be as simple as possible, while delivering the most value to our customers who want to purchase larger quantities. It is by no means a perfect system and occasionally there are issues with redemption due to various factors. In most instances, we can honor a rebate as an account credit if there is an issue that we are unable to resolve. With that in mind, we'd love the opportunity to find a better resolution. Please contact us directly at [email protected] and we can investigate this situation further.

Please give us a call anytime at 1-800-266-8228 and we'd be happy to get those replaced for you.
