Order cancelled twice
Ordered contacts with one day shipping and the next day my order was cancelled for no reason and when I called they said a number messaged them no and they cancelled. When asked they didn't know the number that messaged them. Don't know how a random number can cancel my order with no interaction with me. Thought it was sorted out and the next day my package went from KY where I live back to NC and my order was cancelled again for no reason. They couldn't give me a reason and blamed ups but it was on their end when this all started with 1800 contacts. Customer service sent out another order and with 1 day shipping were now on day 4. Last time ordering from them. Accept the blame and maybe be more transparent with future customers next time. Horrible experience
