He never arrived

This is my 3rd time using 1-800-Battery. Quick to answer the phone and had the tech to my house in a few hours. Super friendly, professional and prompt. Will use them again if necessary. 10/10

When I googled KIA batteries your site popped up. At first I was skeptical but after the reviews I decided to give it a try. So glad I did! It was fast and efficient. Chris Miller was very polite and professional and had our new battery installed in no time. I especially appreciated him knowing in what order to unplug the battery so as not to mess up the electrical system. Would use again in a heart beat.

Purchasing and scheduling was super easy. Frequent updates via email and text. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

After I placed the order the process was smooth and transparent. I got messages and emails putting where the technician was and when he would be at site with the battery replacement. Your website was very confusing as to which battery I needed to order. If a car has 2 batteries, please make it clear for the average person to determine which battery is which. Otherwise, this was a great experience. The tech that came out to switch my battery was awesome.
