I would’ve gone 5 ⭐️ here but the communication from dispatch regarding the tech’s arrival time was non-existent and mostly indifferent when I called to check 2x. However, the tech was incredible and capable. Battery was installed correctly and in no time at all, price was just fine, and I would absolutely use them again.

Sold me used, bad battery only charges 60%.....said it passes tests and I have to pay $125 service call. Avoid at all cost.

Quick service. Very knowledgeable serviceman.

Scam. Avoid at all costs. If your car battery is dead, call AutoZone. I paid $350 for 1-800-Battery to come and replace my battery, which died 10 months later. They replaced it under warranty, BUT the service still cost me $120. Guess how long the replacement lasted? And after they replace your dud with a dud, they'll tell you that 10% off the next dud is the best they can do. A car battery should last between 3 and 5 years, and when you get two batteries back to back that last 10 and 9 months respectively, you have to wonder.

The technician Sherman was excellent.

Excellent fast service - easy to schedule and the tech that came out was fantastic ! ! ! Highly recommended and will use again.

The brand of the battery was different that I paid and choose. I paid more than $500 hundred dollars for a battery that it was less than a $200 hundred, I chose the expensive one and get the cheapest one. I call and told me that it was the battery that they have and they did not make my the discount for the a new user .

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from this company!!! The technician that came to my home was quick, knowledgeable, and extremely personable!!!
