You can improve your business by processing faster. I was charged $4.95 for 2 days shipping and the order was processed 3 day later( a cording to ups tracking # ) and I should receive my order in 7 days (ups tracking #) UPS: {1Z28A88R0360060068}

I was told that I needed to was just add toner but it was not true. After I spent the time and money to add the toner it just did not work as they told me. BUT THIS DID NOT MEAN IT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU. MOST MACHINES DO NOT HAVE A CHIP IN THE TONER BOTTLE. I would love to get my $$$ back but as you know I took a chance and lost.

I have ordered twice and have been pleased with the product.

I had ordered other cartridges from 123inkjets (another company) and they didn't work with my printer - i kept getting error messages saying they were damaged - no returns so I was out the money. I called and spoke with a rep at 123refills and he let me know that they had updated their chips and their cartridges would work with my new printer. I wasn't sure, but the cartridges arrived today and sure enough, they worked, and just as well as brand new original cartridges, but at a fraction of the price. Thanks guys! Keep it up!

I did call the customer service number and i was told that there are no instructions on how to refill the cartridges and that i would need to google and find out how to on my own. I did try and was unable to get instructions..my computer is epson workforce 7620...you sold me the ink, I should have been advise that you did not have the instructions to provide and I would not have purchased...if they are available in google you should have found them and sent the instructions with the ink.
