Followed directions and print quality has not improved. Promised cartridge caps could not be supplied. Customer service no help with a day delay for each exchange of email. Never again. Any email from 123 refill is now spam.

On time, great service, great prices... What not to like!

My last order on refurbished cartridges, I got a bad laser printer cartridge. When it prints, there are several wide black lines across the page. Had to stop using it and put in another cartridge. Will use the other for 'emergency use only' or on 'unimportant' personal documents when possible. Also, the cartridges as a whole seem to have less toner than previous purchases. I track the output of every cartridge I use and the last couple of orders have lasted approx. 10% less than the previous ones.

Got my ink refill quicker then what was projected. The order was exactly what i ordered and i will definitely reorder when i need more ink.

I was a little hesitant due to the low prices, but I took the chance and bought from them and am very happy I did. Surprisingly low prices on refill kits, and it worked perfectly for my brother tn450

love the product and it took less time to get to me than expected. have had nothing but good results from the ink and refills that i ordered will order again when needed.

The price seemed reasonable when ordering 2 packs of 14. Only used one cartridge so far. Worked good when installed. Saved a lot over Epson brand prices. Hopefully it will last at least as long. Happy with purchase.
