These people are incompetent
Ordered toner refills and associated chips and did not hear from them for 3 weeks. Had to call them to get my order shipped. Be careful, the people you speak with on the phone will lie to you rather than give you a refund. I will never do business with them again. I suggest you don't even start... What a shame
