So far, the Magenta and yellow seem to work. The cyan was weak and bled over to the other colors during the test page operation. The black seem to print okay. I thought I'd let the ink settle a bit in order to see if I get a smoother print. Feel free to inquire in the future, for I will let your company know how your product is working. Thanks

This is the second order of the what I assume are the rebuilt ink. The color ink worked fine but I have had trouble with the black 3 of 4 did not work .

Don't know what to think. Printer would not use any refilled cartridges from another company, none of them. 123refill cartridges all worked but blue- tried two blue cartridges I ordered from 123refill - NG. The rest appear to work fine. I just know i won't pay for OEM cartridges, so I'll keep pluggin'.

Good value, good performance. Only problem I've found is that it is impossible to open the cartridge seals without spilling a significant quantity of ink, leaving a terrible mess.

Received my refill kit and product worked pretty much as advertised except the included drill would not produce holes big enough to insert the plugs into on my HP 564 cartridges; a slightly larger bit in my drill took care of the problem. The bigger problem was that, in spite of completely refilling the cartridges, my printer would not recognize them as being anything but empty and they can not be re-used. Maybe topping off new cartridges and refilling them every couple of weeks would be a viable work-around for my HP 7520 all-in-one.

i ordered a refill kit, you sent me cartridges for something that i have never seen. when i sent an EMAIL about it ,i was ignored . have never got a response much less a refund. poor service

the yellow ink was damaged but not much ink lost

I have always had a good experience with 123 Refills, but for some reason, my order was shipped on 2/16 2 day priority but I did not receive it until 2/25. I realize that this was probably not their fault, but instead the fault of the USPS.
