123Refills has fantastic customer service - that alone will make me come back to them. They saw that I made a mistake in my order and called me to let me know and helped me order the correct item. I really appreciated it!

They had everything that I needed and more. A vast inventory of items for the person who does a lot of printing and does not want to break the bank. My printer needs supplier for life. Thanks 123Refills

I ordered some refill ink and a chip for my black cartridge and a chip for my color cartridge. The ink was ok and can be used, but the color chip did not fit. This is the second order that 123 refills has failed to send the correct chip. The question to be asked is, did I order the right chip? Yes,, per 123 criteria. The black chip works so the problem is in the color chip itself. Needless to say I am somewhat unhappy since I had to again purchase a new color print cartridge.

Hello, this order is shipping to an international destination (Canada). It was ordered on Oct 23rd, and shipped same day (http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?trackingnumber=GM5453155366696190). Delivery to Canada takes on average 5-10 business days, with some delays possible due to customs. The 1 star review was posted on the 5th business day since it shipped. Please allow a couple more days and it should reach you. Tracking is provided above.

I have an Hp 8600 printer. I purchased ink refills, then found out that I needed to replace the chip also. I ordered them, installed them and guess what, yup they don't work. My printer will not acknowledge them. After two orders, I still have a printer that won't print.
