Except for this last order, I've had fast service and the cartidges work fine.

I have ordered from 123 a couple of times and the order was always correct and was good quality, I have a Kodak printer and use the refill kits they sell to refill my cartridges, the ink is good quality and the chips always work perfectly. You have a returning customer for life. Thanks for the great service.

I've been using these inks for both Lexmark And Canon for years with great results. No problems with new or refill cartridges.

The ordering process was easy. The refills arrived quickly. They were the exact match for my printer. I had one question once they arrived and your customer service rep was polite and very helpful. I will definitely use 123refills again.

Site was easy to navigate, products exactly as promised, fast delivery.

The does not come with a hole cutter I understand this for return customers but a novice the wording did not spell this out to me. I do not mind paying extra $7.00 but I will need to pay shipping once again and more importantly wasting my time. Steve
