For about $20 the amount of toner sent in the bottle only filled the cartridge about half full. Also the tamper proof seal on the bottle was completely detached when I opened the bottle. For this kind on money I would expect a full bottle of that black powder to be sent. How much can that black toner cost to manufacture? What is it's composition? Can't be very expensive material. Not very happy getting a bottle with the seal broken and seemingly missing half of the product.

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and we have done an investigation into this complaint so that we can improve wherever possible. In looking up your order, we see that you paid $9.99 (not $20) for a refill on the Brother TN450. The TN450 holds 75 grams of toner, that is the maximum page yield capacity that it will accept before it will leak. The 75 grams of toner is equivalent to 1 high capacity refill, and this is what we sent you. Every toner cartridge has a different capacity, and there are hundreds of different models, so we need to use the same size bottle for many models. Which means that the bottles that are used hold more toner than they are filled with. This is why the bottle is not "full", but it is not to say that you did not get the full page yield amount of toner for a full refill. The cartridge costs over $50 as original, so for $9.99 you are saving over 80% compared to buying a new cartridge, and we hope that after you use it you will enjoy the value. As for the seal that came off when you opened the bottle, this could happen if there is excessive moisture or heat that affects the bottle in transit, meaning the seal could come off with the cap, but that is not to say that it has been tampered with. We apologize for this having occurred but please note that it does not affect the quality or amount of toner.

Poor packaging as one of the ink jar leaked in transit. More frustrating was the really poor quality of the instructions - unable to find a match for my printer despite being sold the kit as a match to my printer on the website.

We will reach out to you to assist. The models are listed by cartridge model since there are dozens of printers for a given cartridge model, the index list is shorter if you look by cartridge model. We will help with a replacement on the bottle that leaked in transit.

I bought refill toner bottles, thinking to save big money since Lexmark charges so much. Guess what? The bottles are mostly empty! Only about 1/3 full. Their ads make it look like you get a lot. Don't believe it. they gouge you just as much as Lexmark.

The bottles are filled to high capacity yield for your specific model. There are thousands of models, they all take different amounts of toner. We only have a couple of size bottles, so the amount in the bottle varies by model. Your cartridge only holds the amount of toner that we sell, if you try out any more into the cartridge it will leak. We will reach out to you directly to clarify.

These guys have good prices and poor customer service. Beware.

Ordered edible printer for my wife for her birthday. Two days before it was supposed to arrive, I got an email that it was back ordered. I called once, and they said it was already delivered. I called a second time and they said it was already shipped. The third time I called I finally got a tracking number, and saw it was shipped that day. Honesty or communication would have worked better than misinformation and no communication. I will not use this company again. Too much of a hassle.

They don't tell you that when you purchase refurbished ink cartridges that your printer may not recognize it as being new----therefore your printer will continue to tell you that you need to order ink. You have no idea of how much ink you may have left. You just have to continue printing until you run out! Both the black and colored ink are very pale-not the quality you get when you buy the brand name. Wouldn't buy again.

I was about to put in a new ink cartridge C-PG1220BK in my printer when it dumped black ink on the floor( fortunately tile) and on a pair of nice slacks. They are being cleaned as we speak. This is the first bad experience I have had with 123 ink.
