The descriptions on the website for ordering ink seems to be misleading. I thought I was ordering the set of colors to refill when in fact I only ordered two big containers of black. The refill cartridges are poorly marked so It is hard to distinguish which one I need to replace.

your site let me select the products I wanted, then select the payment option I wanted, the billing and shipping address, then WOULD NOT FINISH THE ORDER!!! I guess you have enough customers! Goodbye!

I ordered toner refills for my childrens science experiment, they were delivered faster than I expected. They came with a fabric storage bag which is very handy, being that toner can be messy. Also, each refill container has it own screw on funnel with lid, very nice.

I bought a premium Inkjet Refill Kit a few years ago for my Lexmark x2350 all-in-one printer, copier, fax machine. That kit was about $15 and came with one 32ml bottle each of Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow inks as well as all the syringes and other utensils and easy to use instructions for refilling a cartridge. I have received a fair number of emails from 123refills since then-not too many or too few. As I was getting closer to needing more Cyan ink, I watched the emails a little more closely. A couple of weeks ago, an email from 123refills offering Free Shipping came. I entered the website and easily found a picture of a 60ml bottle of Cyan ink. It had the same label as the ink that came with the original kit, so I was confident that it was the right product for my machine and that I wouldn't have to worry about returning and reordering something. It was somewhere around $6.50. I figured that was a fair price for a single 60ml bottle compared to a 32ml bottle as part of the $15 original kit. After easily retrieving my "forgotten" Username and Password, I began the checkout process. 123refills remembered my name, address, and shipping information, making the process much easier. Then I was offered a surprise 15 or 20% discount, bringing the total down to $5.34. As I continued the checkout, I was happy to find that the "free shipping" really WAS free, not some gimmick. I don't think that 123refills charged me for a day or two until the ink was actually shipped. Within a week, I had a 60ml bottle of the correct Cyan ink that cost me exactly $5.34. To summarize, I found 123refills to be a company with a very user-friendly site where one can order a great product and get it at a great price. I will return whenever I need something from them, and I will be recommending the company.
