I think I have received very very less Printing material because when I ordered before from some different company it was 40% more then This. I think I can not print more then 900 Pages.

I ordered two ink cartridges from 123 before I was to run out. The cartridges arrived in time only to fail when installed. Of course, this problem is my problem & I am out of a printer until . . . its a new printer, they are new ink cartridges & I'm SOL.

I ordered three color and one black cartridges for my printer. My printer recognized the color cartridges as non-HP and accepted them. After trying everything suggested in troubleshooting on-line and included in the delivery material, the printer will not accept the black cartridge. For some reason I was asked to send a photograph of the cartridge to 123 by their representative who based on his accept is in India. I am waiting for a reply to see what they are going to do about the problem.

I have ordered ink to refill my cartridges for several years from 123refills and have been very satisfied with the Dura Ink. They are very prompt in sending out the order. I would highly recommend them. I currently have a Canon ink jet printer.
