They don't tell you that when you purchase refurbished ink cartridges that your printer may not recognize it as being new----therefore your printer will continue to tell you that you need to order ink. You have no idea of how much ink you may have left. You just have to continue printing until you run out! Both the black and colored ink are very pale-not the quality you get when you buy the brand name. Wouldn't buy again.

No brainer, for all you hands-on geeks, just recharge the carbon and oila! Easy-peasy-leamon-squeezy - now I just replace the powder, not the whole plastic unit. . . . . . . . . . . . .

I had to order my 123Ink twice. I had ordered it in January but it did not come as I expected. I had to reorder in Feb. and it arrived. It was probably a computer "Glitch". I have always ordered my refills from 123ink and will continue to do so in the future.

My order was for an HP Officejet Pro 8600, and the cartridge (black) has a number of 950. Apparently this is a newer model and it doesn't appear in the elaborate instructions provided; consequently, I am unable to fill it at the present time. Boo.

was not happy with cartrage could not get the cyan ink to work.
