Might be too busy in the year-end shopping spree, the sale rep seems a bit off and the delivery also delayed or back ordered.

This is my first time for trying to refill a HP Laserjet Q2612A cartridge. The instructions were clear, and the result was a perfectly usable cartridge at a fraction of the new price. The printing is just as good as a brand new cartridge from HP. I took the precaution of placing newspaper on the table before starting the task. Good thing -- it can be a little messy. I also purchased the tool for making the hole. It made the job easier.

Have been buying your ink cartridges for a few years now. Delivery was quick, as always. A notation with shipment said I might have an error message which I followed and have since printed numerous documents.

Ink worked with the cartridges for a while, then stopped.

I have had a great experience with 123refills with good products and receiving my ink in a timely manner. Unfortunately I've had an issue with my last order. I replaced my cyan cartrage with a 123refiulls one and even with cleaning and deep cleaning I was not able to get much ink to actually print out. What to do as I have a project that needs finishing. I looks like I will have to purchase an OEM cartrage for more money. Aside from this issue I will consider using 123refills again. Thanks!
