This was my 3rd order. The first two orders were fine this last one was the wrong cartridges and further very poor quality. Have major issues in trying to return these cartridges for a refund, customer service sucks. WARNING, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I had stocked up on ink because I go through a lot of it for work and then my printer broke down. I was happy to be given credit for the unused ink and was able to get ink for my new printer in the right size. Thanks so much for doing that. It is greatly appreciated. And it all went smoothly as well!!!

The refill kit was all I needed. Two small issues, first the drill was not easy to use but was probably due to my arthritis, second it didn't have directions for my specific printer but I was able to find that information on the internet with no problems. I will use you products again.
